Mission
The Connecticut College Men's Diversity Leadership Network is dedicated to uniting men of all diverse and ethnic backgrounds at Connecticut College while promoting mutual support and empowerment.
As students, staff and faculty, we take responsibility for addressing the needs and concerns of students. Our purpose is to uplift the community through positive social, educational, economic and political change.
We aspire to stimulate, promote and support a welcoming environment for new and current students, as well as have a positive impact on enrollment, retention and graduation.
Through workshops, programming, networking opportunities, group discussions, alumni and communal support, our members will benefit by learning how to address racial stereotypes while educating the community about the importance of diversity.
